On 12-May-2018 PMI Armenia Chapter board members appointed Hovhannes Minasyan as PMIEF liaison officer. Mr. Hovhannes Minasyan has more than 8 years of experience in project management with PMP (Project Management Professional) credentials.
"One of the key objectives of PMI Armenia Chapter is to promote project management awareness in Armenia. The PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF) is a nonprofit, public charitable organization and the philanthropic arm of the Project Management Institute (PMI) that promotes project management for the social good. PMIEF's mission is "To inspire and empower people to realize their potential and transform their lives and their communities through the use of project management knowledge". One of main core focus of PMIEF is the youth by teaching project management as a skill. We believe in the youth of Armenia and for this reason we have appointed Mr. Hovhannes Minasyan as a PMIEF liaison, who will be acting as an essential communication link between PMIEF and PMI Armenia Chapter for leveraging project management for social good. I believe Mr. Minasyan will deliver enormous value to PMI and PMIEF by promoting project management to the school children of Armenia" stated Mr. Thomas Mazejian the founder and president of PMI Armenia Chapter.
